Greetings from BAJA SAEINDIA 2011 Organizing Committee!!!
It gives us immense pleasure to introduce new chapter in BAJA SAEINDIA series ie. BAJA SAEINDIA 2011 which will be held on 28th-31st Jan 2011 under the convenership of Mr. Jugal Mittal (Cummins Turbo Technologies).
After a lot of speculations whether BAJA SAEINDIA 2011 event will happen or not, we officially confirm Baja SAEINDIA 2011 event. Registrations for the event will start from 7th March 2010 and will remain open till 31st March 2010 30th April 2010. To continue with the theme of 2011 event, we have changed the registration process this time. Registrations will be completely Online.
Registration Procedure for BAJA SAEINDIA 2011 :
1) Fill Online Registration form :- Link
2) Online Registration form has 2 stages : a) Fill General Team Information b) Fill Team Member's Details
3) Information required while filling online registration form include : Contact Details, Blood Group, SAEINDIA Membership ID & Passport Size Photograph of All the Team Members; SAE Collegiate Club Bank A/c No. & Title; Faculty Contact Details etc.
4) After filling 1st stage of registration form. A Registration ID will be generated. Write down that ID safely somewhere, it would be required afterwards till event many a times. Quote that registration ID while communicating with Organizers in future.
5) Completely fill 2nd Stage of Registration form which require Team Details along with their photograph.
6) After 2nd stage, a Registration Document will be generated, take Print Out of that Document. Get it signed by College Authority, Faculty Advisor & Team Leader.
7) Make a Demand Draft of 1st Installment of Registration Fees of Amount Rs. 25,000/- in favor of "BAJA SAEINDIA" payable at Indore.
8) Mail duly filled registration form along with registration Demand Draft to BAJA SAEINDIA Secretariat at following address :

mentioning the Courier Details and Courier Date along with scanned Copy of Registration Document & Demand Draft
Duly Filled Registration Document & Demand Draft should reach us by 31st March 2010 30th April 2010. You can check the Status of receipt of Registration Document at This Link
