BAJA SAE INDIA

The Team Presentations for further selection for the upcoming BAJA SAE ASIA 2010 and BAJA SAEINDIA Virtual Design Challenge, for the institutes under SAEINDIA Northern Section Governance has been scheduled as follows:

Date: 24 July 2009
Venue: Maruti Suzuki Japanese Hostel, Near MDI/Jukaso Inn, Gurgaon
Registration Fee: 2000 INR per Team (to be paid by Demand Draft in favour of "Society of Automotive Engineers" payable at Gurgaon )

Participation Limit: 5 members per team ONLY

Please note that the teams are required to report at the specified timings ONLY. Entry to the venue shall be restricted for limited participation.
Lunch would be provided through 1300-1400 hrs.

Presentations Marking Scheme

Design Validation Plan & Report sample sheet {This is for Air Filter. Your sheet would be for the entire BAJA vehicle (Eg. Testing to meet target of Max speed Eg: 50 KMPH, etc). Pl modify it accordingly.}

Driving Directions

1) Follow NH8 express way towards Jaipur, Maruti Japanese Hostel is opposite to Signature Tower and Adjacent to Toyota Showroom. Map

2) When you are coming from Delhi on Old Delhi-Jaipur Road-> Cross Maruti Main Gate -> From Atul Kataria Chowk(roundabout), take left -> Go straight -> From roundabout, go straight towards, NH8 expressway ->On left you will see MDI gate, opposite to MDI gate, you will see Maruti Japanese Hostel.
