We are glad to inform you that Dr PP Chattaraj, Sr Dpty Dr, NATRiP, Indore has kindly consented to become the Convener for the event and Mr Pankaj Sonalkar, AVTEC, Pithampur, has kindly agreed to provide his assistance as the Co-Convener. We thank them for the gesture and welcome them aboard in this journey.

You are suggested to refer to the important updates on BAJA SAE ASIA 2010 as attached.

The list of teams as attached comprises of teams that have cleared the scrutiny and are required to pay the fee for the next stage and 39 teams that have NOT been accepted for further progress because of incomplete application and have been put on standby. Teams_Scrutiny_Results - dated -08th May

NOTE : 1) 39 Team's registration are put on standby. They are required to Contact  Mr. Sagar Dubey to take the requisite action. They have to do this before 15th May 2009, otherwise their registration would stand cancelled..

2) Teams are required to submit the second installment of fees Rs 10,000 ASAP(through DD in favour of BAJA SAEINDIA, payable at Indore) before 15th May 2009...

3) Teams are requested to go through all the attachments, we have tried to take all your queries. Have patience, we will  keep you updated as and when required.
