This is Reminder regarding SAEINDIA Membership of BAJA Participants and Alumni Committee Members. All the participants who wont be having valid SAEINDIA Membership during the event, will not be allowed to participate in BAJA SAEINDIA 2010 Event as well as HR meet. There will not be any relaxation on this. So Team Leaders/Faculty Advisors are advised to check with the team members whether they have applied/renewed SAEINDIA membership and have valid Membership card, to avoid any kind of inconvenience for the team at event site. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) for membership application status. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note the status of your respective collegiate clubs in the attached sheet for participating in BAJA SAEINDIA 2010. Due to examinations across a few universities, the deadline for renewing your collegiate club stands extended till 12th January 2010. Also, no extension with respect to this deadline shall be entertained. You are now required to renew your collegiate clubs on or before 12th January and obtain valid SAEINDIA membership cards before reaching event site and produce the same. In case of you not being able to comply with the above, your Team would be disqualified post the deadline. Attachment - Collegiate Club Sheet ----------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Team Leaders & Team Members, Greetings from my side ! I must bring to your attention, that while participating at BAJA SAEINDIA 2010 you must possess a valid SAEINDIA membership. It has come to our notice that about 35% of you have either invalid cards or the collegiate club has seized to exist as of 30th November 2009. Please be informed that any team having an invalid collegiate club or expired membership cards after 5th January 2010 shall be debarred from participating at BAJA SAEINDIA 2010. Please understand that we are all getting this brilliant learning exposure because of the initiative taken by SAEINDIA. Thus, it must be ensured that we do not violate the prerequisites of participation. Hoping you would do the needful at the earliest.
