| BAJA - How to Participate? |

To participate in BAJA SAEINDIA 2011, students will first have to register online between 7th March 2010 and 31st March 2010. After filling Online form, Registration document.. .... will be generated. Get it signed by College Authority, Faculty Advisor, Team Leader and mail it to BAJA Secretariat by 31st March 2010 alongwith 1st installment of registration fees Demand Draft of Rs. 25000/- in favour of "BAJA SAEINDIA" payable at Indore.
Registration Process 1) Fill Online Registration Form. Link 2) While filling Registration Form, following information will be required : Collegiate Club Bank Account title & No., Team Member Passport Size Photographs, Faculty & Team Members SAEINDIA Membership Numbers, Blood Groups and Contact Details. 3) After filling online form, a registration document will be generated, get it signed by College authority, Faculty Advisor & Team Leader. 4) Get a Demand Draft of Rs. 25000/-(Twenty Five thousand only) in favour of "BAJA SAEINDIA" payable at Indore 5) Mail duly signed Registration form along with D.D. to below mentioned address by 31st March 2010. You can check the status of Application document receipt at this Link Preliminary requirements : 1) Participating College/Institution should have SAE Collegiate Club(or they should have applied for it). 2) All the participating Team Members should have valid SAE INDIA Membership. 3) A team can have min. 5 and max. 25 members. 4) Team should be accompanied by a Faculty Advisor (to be appointed by institute). 5) More than one team per college is allowed. Rest of the rules and requirements are available in Rule Book. All the teams are required to follow rule book.
